Our artificial lawns are made from high quality Polyethylene non-absorbent yarns tufted into a uniquely formulated polyurethane coated backing. The artificial blades are designed to mimic natural sod and be soft to touch with high durability and life expectancy up to 20 years.

Clean up is very easy on synthetic turf. If your pet soils on the grass, just pick up the solids and let the urine simply flow through the infill and down the base rock. The blades will not absorb any urine nor will the urine stain the blades. We do recommend when having pets on your artificial lawn to hose down your lawn at least once a week to prevent any odor. If odor persists you can effectively use Turf Renu to eliminate it. stain, or brittle from the sun. They are designed and engineered for residential and commercial everyday use.

It's an exclusive infill featuring a combination of hickory formation quartz and high purity sand coated with proprietary elastomers. After blending the coated quartz and sand, we then distribute even layers of them throughout every square foot of lawn. This helps the blades stay upright, gives them the right amount of cushion, protects the geotextile, and act as ballast to keep the turf secured to the base. With a built-in g-max rating SmartFILL is truly the best quality infill you can use for your artificial lawn system.

It can't. SmartFILL density makes it heavier than rubber locking into place naturally in a few weeks. Also artificial lawn blades and thatch are designed to help the infill from shifting as it settles into your artificial lawn and locks it self in place. Keeping your infill where it needs to be, in your grass.

Our backing has precision drainage holes for complete permeability. The fluids are allowed to pass freely through the newly engineered geotextile backing and down to the substrate. Because our backing is permeable, you'll never have any problems with water puddles, mud, or stagnant water.

Our products have been tested and proven safe for children of all ages to enjoy. With a built in fall zone and weather resistant guarantee, our lawns are used by private daycare's, elementary and high schools, and residential yards.

We use a ¾"± permeable crushed rock with a blend of decomposed granite compacted to approximately 90% proctor. The decomposed granite helps lock in place the crushed stone and also allows a smoother finish while still maintaining permeability.

Our lawns are engineered to resist stains from pets, food and beverages. If you drop any food, pick up what you can. If you spill liquids, just wash the turf down with mild biodegradable soap. Synthetic lawns are very easy to maintain and keep clean.

Weeds cannot penetrate the geotextile fabric from above or below. Where the lawn meets the perimeter e.g., at the mow strip, cement walkway, or header board; is where you might see some weeds grow. You can simple pull these weeds out or spray an organic weed spray to remove them.

Our product is Lead and Metal FREE. It's been tested and has passed EPA standards. Old nylon absorbent turf was found to have high levels of lead; however, our polyethylene blades are lead-free.

Artificial lawn maintenance is a cinch! Very little work is involved. You'll merely be responsible for some weeding along the edges, raking of leaves, and washing down of the turf as needed. If you have pets, just pick up after them as normal and follow regular maintenance.
